Meirui polyurethane new material industrial park integration project
It is jointly built by Meirui New Materials Co., LTD and Hebi Coal Chemical Co., LTD of Henan Energy and Chemical Group. Meirui New Materials Co., LTD is a well-known manufacturer of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) in China. The project is divided into two phases, the first phase of the project will start construction in 2022, with an annual output of 120,000 tons of special isocyanate, 150,000 tons of nitroaniline, 120,000 tons of phenylenediamine and 100,000 tons of cyclohexane diamine production capacity. The project developed four first sets of technology, successfully breaking the foreign technology monopoly.
The world's largest single set of industrial plant production capacity
A few days ago, the annual output of 5,000 tons of PPDI (p-benzene diisocyanate) device, an annual output of 100,000 tons of HDI monomer (Hexamethylene diisocyanate) device has been successfully put into operation. As the key raw materials for the synthesis of special polyurethane elastomers, these products can significantly improve the resilience, wear resistance and other properties of new polyurethane materials, and are widely used in automotive, Marine, aerospace and other fields. It is worth mentioning that its PPDI device and HDI device are currently the largest single set of industrial devices in the world.
For a long time, these products have been monopolized by foreign giants such as BASF, resulting in high market prices and limited supply. After years of independent research and development, Meirui has successfully mastered the core technology and process flow with independent intellectual property rights, effectively filling the domestic technology gap.
